Anthony Sanneh

Mr. Sanneh is an American retired professional soccer player who played as a defender or midfielder. Mr. Sanneh established The Sanneh Foundation in 2003 to support community-based organizations and to assemble a supportive network within the community that provides positive environments for urban youth to become positive and productive adults. After officially retiring from professional soccer in 2010 and becoming the organization’s full-time President and CEO that TSF began its meteoric growth. Overseeing TSF’s overall direction and future development in both the United States and internationally, he has grown the organization from one program and a total budget of $60,000, to 6 programs and yearly budget of $3.5 million in only five years.
